Soft Ice Cream Making Process
◇Ice cream powder is a common widely used ice cream raw material. Pour the powder into a container filled with the proper amount of drinking water and stir the mixture with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. The mixing ratio of ice cream powder and water is 1:3.
◇Set the ice cream paste aside for 15 minutes at room temperature and then pour the paste into the ice cream machine. If not, the ice cream will contain ice residues, which will affect the flavor.
◇When the ice cream paste flows into the mixing tank, start the machine for about 10 minutes. The machine stops cooling automatically and you can start making ice creams.
How to Clean the Refrigeration Cylinder of Ice Cream Machine
1. Clean the refrigeration cylinder every day.
2. Press the cleaning key, discharge the ice cream paste in the refrigeration cylinder, and then press the stop key.
3. Mix warm water and disinfectant, pour them into the cylinder.
4. Press the cleaning key and stir for about five minutes, discharge the cleanout fluid.
5. Clean the cylinder for 2-3 times with clean water and stop the machine.
6. Turn off the power, unpick and clean the parts.
