When you have bananas that starts to turn brown, do not waste, make banana crumb muffins out of them. The recipe is simple even for someone who does not bake often. This muffin tastes good and is also healthy, once you give it a shot, you will be definitely hooked.

Preparations

For muffins: 1 1/2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 bananas, 3/4 cup white sugar, 1 egg, 1/3 cup melt butter
For topping: 1/3 cup brown sugar,2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp cold butter

Directions

Peel and mash bananas, break egg and lightly beat, set aside.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt well.
Mix the mashed banana, beaten egg, melted butter, and sugar well.
Combine the mixtures done in step 2 and step 3 completely. Spoon the batter into the lightly greased muffin tins (lined with paper).
Mix the ingredients for topping together till you have coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over muffins.
Bake at 375 degrees in oven for 18-20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Cool for 10 mins before ready to serve.
